By bringing about public awareness of Veteran Suicides, Silent Watch aims to give veterans help and assistance needed to lower the rate of those taking their lives. Silent Watch also helps those Veterans, and First Responders who suffer from PTSD with a procedure called SGB, or Stellate Ganglion Block. This simple procedure helps reduce the levels of anxiety, depression and other symptoms of PTSD.
